As was hinted on Twitter, Drake brings out surprise guest The Weeknd to perform Crew Love on the Club Paradise tour in Concord, CA.
After remixing FATM’s song “Shake It Out”, The Weeknd will go one step further by touring with Florence And The Machine for a few concert dates in September and October. Here are the dates:
09-18 – Camden, NJ – Susquehanna Bank Center
09-19 – Columbia, MD – Merriweather Post Pavilion
10-04 – San Diego, CA – Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre
10-05 – Mountain View, CA – Shoreline Amphitheatre
10-07 – Los Angeles, CA – Hollywood Bowl

Drake Says The Weeknd is “The Greatest Thing That Happened to Music”

Last night at The Weeknd’s show in Hollywood, Drake spoke about hearing The Weeknd’s music for the first time. Here are his exact words:
“The first time I ever heard The Weeknd, I remember it was raining and I was in Toronto. I was downstairs in my apartment building and I remember that I heard two songs. There was a song called ‘What You Need’ and there was a song called ‘The Party & The After Party’. And I’ll never forget, that was the night I realized that this was the greatest thing that happened to music in a long time.”
