In a recent interview with Complex magazine, producer Flying Lotus (aka FlyLo), said that he may be collaborating with R&B crooner The Weeknd in the near future. Below is an excerpt from the article:

“What about the Weeknd? You guys played an impromptu show together recently.

Yeah, me and the Weeknd have talked a bunch about things. There are some potential ideas he had and I’m all game for it. It might be too soon to say exactly what, but I’d say we will connect on some things.”

As previously reported, The Weeknd and Flying Lotus first met in the UK about a month ago at XOYO London after Wireless Festival. They threw a crazy block party and it should not come as a surprise if they eventually release a collaboration track. Flying Lotus’ newest project, ‘Until The Quiet Comes’, drops October 2nd.

The elusive Kidult x XO t-shirt will be given away for free at The Weeknd’s shows in Amsterdam and London. More specifically, the shirts will be distributed at Pitch Fest (July 6) in Amsterdam and Wireless Fest (July 7) in London during The Weeknd’s set.

The Weeknd and much of the XO crew are currently in Paris for a concert being held on June 5. While they were there, they met up with urban artist Kidult, who is infamously known for his underground street art. Together they created a limited edition t-shirt that will be shown at The Weeknd’s show in Paris tomorrow. As always, the shirts are limited and exclusive, but you can check out some pictures of the white and black versions.

In a recent interview with Hip-Hop Wired, Wiz Khalifa confirmed that The Weeknd would be featured on his upcoming album O.N.I.F.C. (Only Nigga In First Class). Wiz went on to speak about his experience working with The Weeknd:

“It’s good you know, because he’s a trippy dude. Actually, he reaches out to me and he calls me and he is really excited about it. He sent it to me and we got it done, and he follows up on it. It’s really away from the character people know him for, so with me and him and Juicy too, we work really well together. And we’ve got a lot of stuff that people are going to hear from.”

Stay tuned for the release of their first collaboration track Make Me Remember You… TG XO

October’s Very Own Oliver El-Khatib announced today on the OVO Blog that the new 2011 OVO Canada Goose Leather Jacket will be released tomorrow (December 28, 2011) at four locations worldwide. The jacket is the second installment of the OVO collaborations with Canada Goose. Last year’s 2010 edition jacket was all black with a retail price of $999.99.
